I asked the 2 ladies on the front desk for hearing aid batteries. It's the same 2 ladies on the front desk, that were rude and offensive last time I asked. The 2 other practices at the Ironstone were polite and happy to give me some. These 2 were offensive, and ridiculed me as I walked away not realising I had my hearing aids up full blast. Unless I'm registered, this time, I can't have any, and as I walked away, I heard "That will teach the bi*ch to not leave a bad review in future ". I stood still, and I could hear them both laughing about it. I did say that you can get batteries from any nhs surgery. Can I reiterate that the 2 ladies on you front desk, need retraining in plain and decent customer care, let alone patient care. The staff on the other medical practice desk put these 2 ladies to shame, and I say this having dedicated all my working life as a nurse ,to the NHS. They're an absolute disgrace .

I have bee on Intermittent self catheters for sometime and supplier notified me of new products and sent samples which I found d Superior Contacted oak tree medical And this was sorted out Immediately my new product arrived 48 hours great service

Absolutely nobody answers the phone, have been trying to secure an appointment and can't get through at all it's now been 6 days

I registered at this GP in October and was told I was gonna get a letter for a new patient health assessment, it’s been 6/7 months now and every time I call they don’t answer and every time I go there they what the letter should be arriving soon but never does. I don’t get how a place that people rely on for their health can be so bad and inconsistent

Today I rang 176 times and the phone line has been constantly busy!!! This is ridiculously! I need to change doctors for my little one. What is the point of having a surgery open when you can not make an appointment!

Reception tele never answered, 10 mins phone constant repeat. Another missed appointment for NHS stats, simply unable to cancel.

Constant phone engaged when ringing it. Tried constantly for over an hour. Under dermatology and told can get repeated prescription from my own doctors then to discover they havnt sent any notes thro yet again to my doctors so cannot get prescription from them. Tried ringing ironstone centre to it been constantly engaged. I need my medication. it’s a joke

I went on the nhs booking system to book my spring booster- went through all the booking and got an appointment on Sunday as diabetic- drove an hour from work for it only to be told that diabetes dosnt qualify me for the fourth job- ironic thing is four days later I get a text from the gp saying please book an appointment- when I went to get my jab there were four people in so it wasn’t as though they couldn’t fit me in- I rang 14 times on Thursday 5th may to ask for an explanation from someone as to why I was allowed to book an appointment to be turned away and every time the line was busy- someone else commented on the fact that it is impossible to get hold of anyone- I have rang since 9am this morning and now nearly 4pm- you can’t possibly tell me that the line is always busy
