Absolutely disgusting service, called for an Appointment but had to wait till 8am unable to pre book anything (great for workers not) finally spoke to the receptionist but as its 8am was speaking in the car on hands free as i was dropping my Children off at school (how embarrassing) and because I had two different symptoms I was advised to book 2 appointments (15 Minutes slots each) and was only in there 9 Minutes whatva waste of time,why don't they cater for working people, wonder if they understand that people have to work or do they think everyone is unemployed or elderly.

I've recently moved to this practice from out of the area, I had no expectations but I'm happy to say having visit the nurse today I was really impressed and relieved.
