After my prescription was sent (at my request) to my old pharmacy, I discovered that it has been closed permanently. The team at the Neaman Practice worked magic to get it returned, make time for a doctor to speak to me (in between home visits) and get it off to a new pharmacy before closing. The team were caring, responsive and followed up to make sure everything worked for me to collect my prescription. I can’t say enough about how good they were today!
