After my prescription was sent (at my request) to my old pharmacy, I discovered that it has been closed permanently. The team at the Neaman Practice worked magic to get it returned, make time for a doctor to speak to me (in between home visits) and get it off to a new pharmacy before closing. The team were caring, responsive and followed up to make sure everything worked for me to collect my prescription. I can’t say enough about how good they were today!

I spoke with the receptionist who was very kind and caring and flexible surrounding appointment times for my son who had an asthma attack. I felt very grateful to her.

I attended my GP practice today, and received a really warm welcome. The reception staff, and admin staff, were very engaging, caring, kind, and put me at ease. I was there for a smear test and a little bit nervous, but they were so welcoming and engaging. It really helped me not be too anxious. I wanted to thank the reception staff for being so warm and welcoming!

spoke to a receptionist 09/01/23 on the phone about problems with my prescriptions and he couldn't have been more helpful and even rang me back. Really nice to speak to someone so helpful when i've been having so much trouble with my prescription.

I had some blood tests to take and the nurse doing the blood work was brilliant! She was calm and professional and made me feel at ease. She drew the blood without any discomfort and made me relaxed as I was rather nervous.

No Matter my query the practice always help me out. My family and I have a great relationship with the admin to team to the GP and the nurses. The best practice I have ever been at and I couldn't be happier

I booked my routine smear test. Reception team made it very easy and were really helpful, even when I had to change my appointment date at the last minute. Went for the smear, the nurse put me at ease, offered a chaperone, she was very gentle doing the smear, she communicated with me throughout, and there was no pain. Afterwards she checked with me that she had written my details down correctly and she gave very clear instructions regarding when to expect results and any further steps. Thank you very much.

I am very happy with my experience last week. I wasn't well on the way to work so went straight to the practice. They were fully booked for 2 weeks but the receptionist spoke to on of the doctors and they squeezed me in. They were able to do blood tests the same day, Thank you!
