Receptionist staff always very helpful and welcoming and they do their best to accommodate. I was seen by a Dr who was very professional and informative. Thank you everyone.

Terrible service from the time you call to make an appointment. Can not order repeat prescriptions via phone even though you don’t have time to go to the surgery because you are working or English is not your first language. Can not request online system over the phone. Receptionist are rude and talk over you. Never have appointments and when I had an appointment at 08:00hrs surgery did not open until 08:10ths and there was no apologies or explanation so was late get back to work. Need to look at how the practise runs and need people at the front desk that smile and make you feel welcomed and not ignore you int you say excuse me please I am standing here waiting to be acknowledged. Could be a good practise with the right people tuning it and admin staff do would not recommend it also not very clean in the reception area. To even speak to a doctor you have to go through the admin staff and they put the phone down on me even before I could say bye or ask anymore questions

From my experience I have found the staff from the mwh practice (Hounslow) including the GP’s, reception team, and the nurses to have very professional and show competent mannerism in each of their roles. Their energy and support that I have been lucky enough to encounter each time as a patient cannot be praised highly enough.

The doctor’s surgery on 1 Vincent Road, Hounslow was managed by different doctors prior to the name change to mwh practice thus I have been a patient since and cannot express the gratitude I feel. From my experience I have not noticed any differences with the changes of the staff from that time. I appreciate the dedication the staff from the mwh practice (Hounslow) including the GP’s, reception team, and the nurses show each time. They are highly professional and demonstrate competent mannerism in each of their roles. Their energy and support that I have been lucky enough to encounter each time as a patient cannot be praised highly enough.

I have lots of health problems nearly all doctors knows my symptoms they always helping me and listen and understand me even when I can't explain properly(problems whit speech and understanding) .They knows me for long time and I trust them all the time the best GP ever I would change at all anything even I live a little bit far from my place.
