I am giving this practice one star because zero is not an option. Rude and unhelpful receptionists, tried going on line a number of times with no success.

  2. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Went on website to book appointment on Friday, received a call from you and appointment booked for Monday. Saw a brilliant nurse about a cough and muck being coughed up. Had a examination of chest she then booked me in for a ECG that morning along with blood tests also a test for breathing which I had the following day by another fantastic nurse. Left knowing what was my problem and a health plan put in place. Thank you so much for all you did for me over the 2 days

  3. Review titled Terrible service and attitude

Rated 1 star out of 5

by John Harrison - Posted on 02 March 2023

I have suffered long term mental health issues and am in a lot of pain with my knees. I asked for a face to face appointment but I got told I couldn’t and there was nothing to be done. Although I explained about my low mood and I’m living in my head and mind which is a really bad place to be in. But still the Doctor still didn’t care has no idea about mental health issues at all and certainly no manners or people skills. I got a phone appointment when I had said I wanted a face to face and talk about my mind issues properly not as it happened where a chocolate teapot would have been more use and I now feel even worse than I already am. Very poor service totally

  4. Review titled Dreadful

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Trying even to use their website is a lottery. Time after time all you get is a message saying the practice is full, try again on another day. This doesn't matter if you try morning or afternoon. All I wanted was stronger painkillers but what you get is a message to visit your local pharmacy. This sounds too much like passing the buck.

  5. Review titled Poor Service

Rated 2 stars out of 5

It is obvious the new online service for appointments is not working, I am totally fed up trying to get appointments, My husband and myself are elderly both in poor health, but can't get appointments, I was online this morning 8.05, Form that came up was for consultation, went back a page tried again the same so started to fill in and I knew it was the wrong page, went back a page again 8.12am No appointments available. So so wrong, reception is a waste of time, they are programmed to say you have to go on line. The only good thing left there are the nurses.

  6. Review titled awful service for 11 year old boy

Rated 1 star out of 5

This system for trying to get an appointment is disguising. This practice does not serve its community. I have filled in a form to get an appointment for my son. I make it clear that i need an appointment after 4pm. i am given an appointment at 11.30, which I cannot attend. I am basically told tough luck, try again tomorrow. I have tried to phone tree times, each time I am cut off during conversation. I now have to try again tomorrow to get my son an appointment. I am a working parent that needs an appointment that fits around the working day, why is it so difficult to get. This surgery and the way it operates is utterly disguising.

Poor, I just want to speak to someone and not stand in front of the desk to be told go home and fill a form in. Your sitting there infront of me. Thanks for exasperation and even more anxiety.

Such a lovely friendly environment, made me feel so confident my son was being well taken care of. Wish I could mention names because they were great!

  9. Review titled Difficult to see a doctor Day upon day this happens.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 05 January 2023

I am a pensioner and have found it extremely difficult to see a GP at this practice. When trying to use the website it is nearly always a case of the "practice is full, try again later". Day upon day this happens. Perhaps this is why A&E at the hospital is always so busy.

  10. Review titled Lovely nursing staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had an operation to remove a tumour from my hand back in September, and need to have the dressing changed 3 times a week. Rather than go all the way to Norwich for this, it is done at the local practice. During my many visits, I have seen just about every nurse at some point or other, and they are all wonderful caring people. They answer any questions I have, and are happy to explain how the wound is progressing. Ladies, you are all angels, and a credit to the surgery.
