    Having recently moved to Wales and registering with a new practice, my new practice has contacted The Mill to obtain medical records for myself and my wife. This was 5th July; as of 14th August they are still awaiting them. We are now deregistered with The Mill but are in limbo as we cannot obtain repeat medication until such time as the medical summary is sent to the new practice. Having contacted the Mill several times, we are told it's out of their hands as they are waiting for the England health authority to give permission to send the file. Our new practice has requested a medical summary as a matter of urgency as this can simply be sent from The Mill, but for some reason The Mill seem unable or unwilling to send it. During several conversations with The Mill, the reception team appear very unhelpful and very curt in their reponse. If patients were like this, I'm sure they would have something to say about it. This is not the first time myself and my wife have experienced poor service from The Mill during our time with this practice.

    Realised on Easter Saturday that I hadn’t ordered a repeat prescription so completed application online through the NHS app. Hoping to get it by the end of the following week. It was delivered by Godalming Pharmacy Tuesday lunchtime and the copy was dated for Easter Monday so thank you to whoever was working on the bank holiday for the rapid response, much appreciated.

    I sent an e-consult on Saturday evening hoping to get a response on Monday but I got a response on Sunday and subsequent email and I was very impressed with this. I think it is very impressive and I would like to say a big thank you to the person working on there weekend.

    I had a small lesion on my foot which my efforts constantly failed to heal. This worried me because I have a tendency to ulcers due to poor circulation, so I sought help from a nurse. The first attempt failed, but the nurse tried again and this time it held and new skin grew. I want to thank the nurse for their persistence and skill.

    I have a recurrence of a non-urgent but worrying personal health issue. I used the Practice's website to report the problem and request a face-to-face appointment. I received immediate text confirmation followed by a private text "conversation" with the practice which resulted in my being given an appointment the next day. The doctor (who saw me ahead of my appointment time so no waiting) could not have been more reassuring and solicitous. He dealt with the problem with complete professionalism and I went away with some pills (collected from the adjacent pharmacy) and a test swab sent for analysis. I am lucky and very grateful to be registered at such an excellent practice. Thank you.

    Have been a patient of this practice since 1977, and most of that time very satisfied with treatment. But have waited now for several days for a physician to sign off a repeat prescription for Ultibro medication, meaning we are 12 hours away now from Godalming, on a holiday booked and paid for. My estimate is that I have already spent at least 10 hours trying to expedite this, and having made arrangements to have the med sent to me here in North Scotland. Poor receptionists to have borne the brunt of my (natural) irritation. [There is no phone reception where we stay, so communication is chiefly by email -- which should work but seemingly does not]
