    Dear Patient (Mr/Ms Anonymous) We note your comments on the NHS website and I would like to address your comments as follows: We are sorry to hear your comments and if you would like to get in touch with Mrs. J.O’Neill, Operations manager at the practice and explain what happened she will be very happy to investigate further and address any issues you may have had and rectify any future issues. I would like to address your comments as follows: “Surgery waiting room closed:” Our surgery is open and our waiting rooms are open. Given the small size of our waiting rooms, we do limit the number of people in the waiting room, at any one time, to prevent any spread of infections and to protect other patients and staff in the surgery. “Can't get through to make an appointment:” You may have had a difficulty and I wish to explain to you how to access our services. There are various ways of requesting an appointment with any of the GPs, nurses, our HCA or the pharmacists. These are through: personal approach by anyone at the reception window, or through telephone, or through the e-consult platform on our website, or through email to the surgery “No faxe to face appointments:” Patients can see any of the clinicians face to face and we see about 80% of our patients in person. “terrible practice & Staff are very rude:” As said earlier, if you would like to get in touch with Mrs. J.O’Neill at the practice and explain what happened she will be very happy to investigate further and address any issues.     Surgery waiting room closed Have to speak to receptionist through window and they are very rude Can't get face to face appointment Can't get through on phone the message is so long about covid blah blah blah Avoid this practice like tge plague. Absolutely waste of nhs money
