I had two visits today 1st one was for a blood test for which the nurse did a brilliant job leaving no bruising on the area blood was taken I then had a consultation with dr who was very reassuring and helped me with my problem I left the surgery very contented with my treatment

Always helpful, safe treat you with respect and understanding. Like most Drs they are always extremely busy, but you are attended to as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Possible to make an appointment provided you start calling at 8am. Nurse was very helpful and provided good care and appointment with paramedic was quick to help and provide excellent care. It's just such a shame there are no GPs that you can actually book to see and the named GP is rarely on the premises. The rest of the staff however are excellent and keep the place running.

Dear patient, we are pleased you are happy with the care provided by our nurse and paramedic. We have both pre-bookable GP appointments and appointments also released each day. Patients are care navigated to the most appropriate clinician leaving those who need a GP the availability to do so. Our lead GP is regularly at the practice each week and is supported by 3 other regular GP’s. We are pleased you are happy with our staff. Always had great service at The Meadows. Any nurse, GP or paramedic I've seen for myself and my kids has been second to none.

All care appears to be provided by the friendly nurses or the very hard working paramedic who seems to be providing the role of a GP. However, very difficult to get an appointment - 1 hour 45 minutes on the 'phone over two days to eventually be told to go to an associated practice in Rushden the following day.

The Nurses are great, the recipients are helpful, don’t know about the GP’s haven’t seen one. It would be nice if more face to face appointments with the doctors was possible.

If it is something that can be dealt with on the telephone, or if a patient prefers to talk to a clinician on the phone to save them coming to the practice, then we are happy to accommodate this also. Lovely friendly staff and the nurse I seen was so nice, friendly receptionist on the phone and in person. Shame you have to ring at 8 am for appointments as it took a while to answer and this might be difficult for some people.

We appreciate it can be difficult getting through to the practice at 8.00am, we have increased and continue to promote online access so that patients can access some services online and have changed our phone message asking for patients to ring after 9.00am for non urgent matters. Whilst it is extremely hard to get on the daily triage list at times (this is a national procedure) I have always found the team to be very helpful help. Everyone knows the pressure that the NHS is under, and the staff at The Meadows continue to demonstrate their commitment to serving the public.
