  1. Review titled Kind, friendly and informed

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had two appointments this morning one for a smear test and one with a doctor for a small lump on my leg. Both the nurse and doctor were amazingly kind and well informed. They both took the time to explain the process of what was happening and made everything simple and easy. Both my appointments ran on time and were very enjoyable I would highly recommend

  2. Review titled Appalling service

Rated 1 star out of 5

I attended the Mayflower practice in Finningley on the 30th of August 2022 and requested my medical records for the purpose of renewing my shotgun certificate. This process takes 14 days and costs £40.00 if you are able to use the medical center in Rossington. However if you are unfortunate enough to be registered at the Mayflower practice Finningley the process will take an unbelievable 12 weeks and cost £80.00 ! After waiting almost 13 weeks I am still without my medical report. All of this for service which I paid cash for, as the practice will only accept cash payments. I have recently renewed my passport time frame 14 days. My friend has recently purchased a house time frame 8 weeks. The level of service given at the Mayflower practice is not only embarrassing but also pathetic by any standard. Would I recommend the practice not a chance.

  3. Review titled Unable to get through to make an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

Began calling at 08:01 - engaged. This continued up until 08:51 when I finally gave up because my phone battery was almost flat. The phone only records the first 200 calls and it was well in excess of that! Absolutely ridiculous system! I'll physically have to go in and no doubt be told that there are no appointments available and that I will have to ring at 8am Monday morning! Where the whole cycle will no doubt begin again! The doctors and practice nurse (if you ever manage to get an appointment to see one) are pretty good to be honest. I have no complaints there. But what's the point of having decent care staff if you can't get an appointment to see them?

  4. Review titled Almost completely inaccessible

Rated 1 star out of 5

It is almost impossible to get an appointment to see or even speak to a doctor or nurse. Phones go unanswered and an online booking system is difficult to use and only has available appointments at midnight for a few minutes. We may as well not be enrolled with a GP
