I went in the surgery today to pick up some test for my neighbour who is house bound and can not get out, I asked why they could not post it, as the times of the opens and closes is not really suitable for me, as I do work, I had to wait in line that took 40 minutes, as the receptions are very slow and kept asking the other people why they needed to see the doctor even though they did not want to say, as the reception area is very small and everyone could hear what they was saying this could be either confiderent to them or they did not want them to know, and they should respect this when it was my turn to be seen, i gave my neighbours name, they got the form out but not everything was ready. they are very unorganised the lady at the desk is very rude and don't even smile, when I asked why they could not post this out she said it is not there policy, so I asked what if they have no one to collect this and she could not answer. when I asked that I want to make a complain about her and the service she got a piece of paper out and was going to write it down when I asked could I please take this she said no this is the way we do things here, I have also tried to call serval times today to speak to the practice manager and she is in a meeting when I asked when she will be free all you get is I don't know, they have no passionate when they are speaking to you on the phone., and sound like they are fed up. I would not go to this GP at all and had advise my neighbour to change her GP.

The clinic has bad facilities. We had to take our newborn son for his 10 day check there. The babies are being checked literally in the middle of the cold corridor, fully undressed being weighed. No other checks been carried out and our son hasn’t been discharged for jaundice without being properly checked for it either. We’re not going back there. It was a stressful experience and totally unnecessary considering we had had a visit from the same health provider on the day who could have weighed the baby without the need to drag our little one to the useless appointment.

Called for an appointment was number 4 in the que took over 25 mins to answer my call. The surgery needs to hire more staff only two people are serving and answering the phones.

Been pushed from pillar to post - sent for blood tests as suspected thyroid problem . Sent a phone appointment booked by doctor 24/01 between 14.30 and 18.30. Waited in all afternoon at 18.30 the appointment disappeared off the app as done!!! Been calling surgery all day and phones just saying busy call back later, called for 5th time as 4pm - voicemail stated we are closed due to covid and connected to nhs phone lines, they said sorry looks like Major practice is closed for the day? Website states 18.30 today. So so awful - no results and can’t get through - terrible

Had a missed call from the doctor called straight back was no 2 in the queue for 20 mins - picked up and receptionist did not listen when I explained I had a missed call- kept saying I had an appointment to cancel- which I didn’t , then said it’s to discuss a referral which it isn’t as that was 2 days ago -awful telephone service , never listen , rude and abrupt - still dont know why the doctor was trying to call me …..

Had a telephone consultation booked with the doctor missed the call. I called the surgery straight back. I waited over 25mins no one was picking up despite being number 2 in the queue. When I finally got through the receptionist said she will pass on the message to the doctor to call me back. Didn’t receive the call back. The practice manager will reply here ‘Dear patient, I am sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with the service provided at our surgery. Please call on 02085398950 as soon as possible and ask for a practice Manager to discuss your complain. Best Wishes, Practice Manager’ but when u do call the surgery to speak to her she will refuse to take your call or call you back. Very poor protocols and management.

I received a text message from the doctor to book a routine appointment to discuss my results. I contacted the surgery was told routine appointments for September are gone and October appointments are not up on the system yet, to go online and do an online consult. Which I refused as everytime I fill out an online consult I get booked with an out of hours doctor even do I specify I want to speak to the doctor who referred me for the tests. It’s the first week of September how is it possible September appointments have been booked up. Need to offer more appointments to patients same thing with emergency appointments can never book one always get booked with an out of hours doctor.

I am extremely disappointed with the practice here I am trying to book an appointment multiple times I have waited for hours to book an appointment for my issues and when I come to the front of the queue they deliberately hang up and cause me to re join the queue and wait again until they’re fully booked this is bang out of order! Such a disgusting unprofessional act I suffer from depression and anxiety and this is not helpful at all imagine if I was in a life threatening situation you guys would be highly reliable for this! Either recruit new hardworking members or sort your people out

Called the surgery was number 3 in the call estimated hold time was 3 mins was on the phone for over 40mins. When the receptionist picked she was absolutely useless couldn’t even help with me with my query.
