Went for my normal check up and Dr recommended me after check up for blood tests , blood forms were given immediately and the whole process was completed within 2-3 days, also advised and signposted me for the services available for patients like me, nurse was very help-full too with the , vaccination front staff excellent in handling my concerns

I had just been to the surgery for my diabetic review they made sure I attend my appointment n made me aware how helpful it is. The staff at the reception is very accommodating. If needed the doctors always call back to discuss health issues.

extremely happy with the service we have been receiving during our crisis time. We are extremely grateful to the doctors who take actions very promptly including referral as well as investigation.

I recently had a positive experience at Manor Park GP Practice. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The receptionists were helpful in scheduling appointments, and the waiting time was minimal. The doctor was attentive, listened to my concerns, and provided thorough explanations. The overall atmosphere of the practice was welcoming, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I appreciate the excellent service and would recommend Manor Park GP Practice to others.

I’ve been trying to see the doctor for 12 weeks now. I was told to do an online form which i did and received a call back told them of my symptoms prescribed me medication. After the course of antibiotics i was still feeling the same. So I wanted to see the doctor face to face but an appointment is 3 weeks away so i accepted and waited 3 weeks for this and it was only a phone call! I waited 3 weeks for a phone call. I work night shifts I specifically told them the time to call me, but the doctor decided to ring me at 9am twice, i missed the calls. And when i called back they told me i have to wait 3 weeks again!!! I find this a terrible service i have been suffering for over 12 weeks now and my local GP can’t help me. Just keep getting fobbed off!

My daily suffering from severe eczema and require continuous medical attention. Manor park surgery has always been at its best to support us with what we need. We are extremely happy with the service we have been receiving throughout
