    Doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease, took time to explain things to me, appointment was late but it was clear they were very busy and doing thoughtful practice with patients

    I rang on the 9th December and been trying to get a appointment for last two weeks explaining to the receptionist about my health concerns. She was ever so friendly and helpful and booked me a appointment for the evening. Ever so grateful thank you

    We had to wait more then 30 minutes over the phone to get to the reception and when we got to them they said that we can not get a face to face appointment for our daughter! This was an emergency appointment we needed and she said that the doctor will call us between 10-12 to talk to us! We don’t need talking we need our daughter to be seen! Very poor service!

    I have been dealing with this surgery only when I needed, and everyone I had been let down. I have to chase for results for more than 5 weeks despite we’re well received and been told they were too busy. I have to escalate several times before had a response, this is not the experience a patient should have. The following time I need to been in touch I had request a prescription that despite been told was at the pharmacy, never was sent. Again after several phone calls I had to escalate to the deputy Practice manager. Nice lady, sorted and apologetic. Last time I had to increase the dosage as instructed by consultant. The GP did not anything about, I had request the adjusted dose and been told I was going to receive a phone call to discuss about on the same day I chase up (after three days). Guess what? No phone calls I have to say that I had not the best customer experience and not suggest anyone to use this surgery. “To be busy” is not a good excuse. Get organised instead. Regards
