    Very helpful receptionists GP was excellent very caring and professional and a good listener I felt I was treated extremely well. Further necessary tests were arranged.

    It's very hard to get an appointment at the clinic. You need to call at 8 AM in the morning and wait for about half an hour on the phone and then you'll be given a phone consultation most of the time and it won't be for the same day. If they happen to call when you are taking a shower and you miss that call then the whole process starts all over again. The one time that I managed to catch the doctor's call he was not really showing empathy and rushed through the call fast. In all fairness, he did arrange for a blood test after the call. Been with this clinic for two years, all covid restrictions have been lifted off and still can't get a face to face with a doctor.
