    AsI type this review i have been on the phone in the queue for 1 1/2 hours.. still waiting. Was third in the queue when i called, now number 1 however even as number 1 in the queue I have been waiting 35 minutes. Ridiculous. work as a carer and trying to arrange something for a service user who is unable to do it themselves. Already late for other service users .. more staff required and a dedicated line for other professionals to contact .

  2. Review titled unprofessional,rude,and ignorant

    You could be standing at the window for more than 5 minuets before anyone even acknowledges you. When you do get a reaction the mannerisms are rude like you are interrupting there day. The staff that used to work on this reception were fantastic unfortunately that is not the case now They give you phone appointment dates and tell you to have your phone to hand to accept the call when no call comes they insist that you the patient was never given this phone appointment they get away with this because when arranging a phone appointment they never send a confirmation text .When you ask a question there response is abrupt and rude in a doctors surgery this is outrageous as the people attending or calling are suffering an illness even mental illness a polite friendly response is what's required and understanding if they feel that this is above them then maybe it is time to find a more appropriate job
