I called and made a phone appointment. The doctor I spoke to suggested I came down to the surgery which I did and I was seen almost immediately, and the doctor put in place some tests which I requested. Very re-assuring and positive support.

Not possible to get appt with GP who knows me. This was very unsatisfactory - clearly not fault of any of the GPs but rather a managerial responsibility. It had been years since I have had access to the GP who knows my history

I only have good things to say about Lea Surgery. I moved to this area two years ago. Even during COVID, the surgery was supportive and gave me appointments as needed. I have never been let down by Lea Surgery. I deeply appreciate and respect all staff at this practice. They are so friendly and have always made sure I get the best care needed. I recently called up with abdominal pain and they instantly booked me in for same day. The doctor saw me and referred me to Homerton Hospital for immediate surgery. After ages I have found a surgery who genuinely care for patients. I am so thankful

The service at Lea Surgery is amazing. The staff and doctors are all so friendly and helpful. We never have problems getting an appointment and when we do the doctors are all so helpful and understanding. Also they are all super pro active always sending me reminders around the regular check ups I need to have. I would like to say a big thank you to all of them for doing an incredible job in what I am sure is a very challenging job at times. Many thanks 🙏

My mum has been under the care of The Lea Surgery for many years, during that time the surgery has provide excellent care, treatment and support. All the staff from the Administration team to the Doctors offer a most professional service. When calling for appointments I have been offered times that work well for my mother and myself especially when visiting the surgery. My mother has seen several Doctors who have all been most helpful and thorough with my mother. The practice offered home visits and the district nurse when she could not attend the surgery. My mother has mobility problems and other age related issues the Surgery referred my mother to the local hospital for home care from physiotherapist which was a great help. Even during the covid lockdown the service offered was excellent. I wish to thank all the staff for the five star care for my mother over all these years. My mother is moving out of the area, we will certainly miss the Lea Surgery! Thank you very much - you are doing a great job.
