Again the pharmacy team has exceeded my expectations. I was very low on my important inhaler. The reception team as always were great, efficient and friendly they passed my prescription document on quickly to the pharmacy team who turned it round very fast and sent it to the chemists I use. These are not just words I rate Langton Medical Centre as 5 Star and i am lucky to have the team in my life. My heartfelt Thanks

The doctor was clearly just from out of universaty and had not listened clearly to what he was told are my symptons. He did not look at what previous x rays had shown and yet ordered another one, though fused bones will not change from a x ray done only 4 months ago. He was also going to prescribe pain medication that I can not be on while on immunosuppressants. He was told 4 times during the appointment and we were not alone. The staff memeber i tried talking to today in regards to a waste of x-ray appointment has no idea about the appointment and tried fobbing it off as being arranged by somebody else. Also they was not interested in anything else nor helping me but being rather rude. When it came down to a confusion in regards to the pain clinics location now, as it seems like case of musical chairs. I dont recommend anyone useing this practice or beliveing its made up 5 star reviews.

I had an appointment booked recently 12/02/2024 late Afternoon with a lady doctor. Who was caring and professional and a great help. A new extra set of prescription was sent to the pharmacy team by the doctor around 5.0pm they undertook and sent to chemist for very quickly for collection. As before my feedback to the pharmacy team and the nurse team Has not changed excellent help and care Both are professional and give me very good medical advice and treatment. With the reception team being very helpful and considerate under what must be stressful conditions I feel lucky to have the Langton Grange Medical Team in my life Thank You all, I do really appreciate what you do Robert Wortley

Langton Grange Medical Centre. Eastern Avenue, recently I have had two appointments with the nurse team for tests and assessment. Also, consultation with pharmacy team. Both are professional, give me very good medical advice. I feel lucky to have them in my life. If I need the service of doctors they are always available for me.. With the reception and office management administration staff very helpful and understanding Thank You all, I do appreciate what you do Robert Wortley

I rate the service at Langton Grange Medical Centre. Eastern Avenue, as very high The Office manager is extremely helpful with great communication. With the reception and administration staff professional, very helpful even with their large workload. My main contacts within the practice are the pharmacy team and the nurse team. I could not wish for better medical / Health advice all in a caring manor, from both teams. If I need the service of doctors they are always available for me. The whole medical centre team are 5 star. Thank You all Robert

I had an appointment booked for 8.45am (which had taken forever to book due to the fact they clearly dont have enough people answering the phones), but there was an accident en route meaning I would be slightly delayed. Tried calling over 10 times but you can never get through. I arrived 4 minutes late but had to wait in reception for over 5 minutes for someone to be free, at which point I was told they wouldn't see me as I was over their 5 minute appointment leeway. What a waste of my time and fuel - I would look elsewhere if you are thinking of changing to this surgery.

This was my first visit to the surgery having registered 18 months ago. My previous practice left me feeling that GP's were unhelpful and out of touch, but my first experience with Langton has been fantastic. It took a while to get through on the phone, but once I was through, the receptionist was helpful and a phone appointment was made and responded to within 2 hours. The outcome of the phone appointment was a face to face, which was only 3 working days after the phone appointment (I didn't feel it was an emergency, but I needed support all the same). The face to face appointment was carried out by the same GP, who was brilliant. They listened, asked lots of questions, and came to a good set of actions. At all times I felt like I was being listened to by someone who cared and empathised with my issues. I hope I don't have to make many more trips to the surgery, but if the need arises, I will go with confidence that the team at Langton will give me the support I need. Thank you.

Dreadful service. Impossible to get through to get an appointment just constantly engaged for hours. I’ve now resorted to paying for a private gp. Do not use it.
