    I had reason to contact the surgery regarding some medication. Very quickly and professionally sorted out by the lovely person at the surgery.

    Had an appointment with the doctor this morning she was very professional and friendly and listened to all i had to say she also made me feel at ease

    When you phone up to make an appointment the some of the receptionist staff are very un helpful and rude when asking to see a doctor or an phone appointment they think they are the doctor and ask too many questions to why you need to speak to a doctor ( I had another health professional request for a blood test and to ask the doctor for some different medication and got 20 questions of why I needed this and that and found this very off putting as though I was asking for something that I was not entitled to) The doctors are good when you get past the reception staff

    Requested repeat medication 5 days ago with prescription service. Called pharmacy, not received. Not signed off by the surgery until I called them, (usual long wait on the phone) it appears prescription was forgotten somehow. Called surgery again ( another long wait). Finally prescription was signed by doctor. Meds have now run out. Called pharmacy who confirmed prescription finally arrived .!!! Usually meds delivered by pharmacy but couldn't deliver until after weekend. I'm not a high demand patient but service is noticeably deteriorating

    Tried to call through no possibility told by reception to call at 8am sorry we can't help, and we can't help you at all.

    Discharged 22/12 after shoulder replacement surgery. Phoned Jessop Medical 9am for a mandatory wound check & dressing change 28/12. Very unhelpful. Only appt 5.20 at Leabrooks. I explained I can’t drive (op) am widowed with no family Told that was all that was or “could take chances with 111 and go to Ripley Hospital” Had to take it and will have to call a taxi and get it to wait while I am seen as at that time local buses will be limited - plus either way it will be a 2-mile walk from my home to Ripley Market Place to catch a bus! Can’t do this at my age and condition Practice seems to be run for the benefit of the staff and not the patients

    on line consulting , tried all week at exactly 8.0clock never got through can get through on phone ,what the he'll is going off what do you have to do to see a or talk to a Dr I'm totally disgust how we are being treated its all wrong I thought they were is the care profession???

    Impossible to get through to. E-consult Service always at limit, even when trying at 8:00am. Telephone useless, spent 25 minutes at No 1 position in que before automatically being cut off. Staff seen sitting behind reception desk but not answering phone. Mail, waste of time, letterbox absolutely full of mail when I posted mine. And my case is simply a referral for Private Health Care, don't even need to see anybody. Been trying for 2 wks now.
