I had a telephone consultation with one of the GP. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and suggested a course of treatment which put my mind at rest.

Not getting an appointment at the surgery so, they have introduced check up health which is good service and spoke to a GP that night she was an extremely helpful and spent time. She arranged for me to see GP at the surgery.

After my consultation, I asked the receptionist, whether I was on a GP’s waiting list for a steroid injection. The receptionist looked up my details and gave me an answer. Nothing wrong with that, but her attitude was unfriendly and condescending. Having worked in the NHS in an admin patient facing role for 20 years, just a smile or better attitude would have been appreciated. This receptionist was not having a bad day as I have encountered her on a number of occasions and she always the same!

I can not make one complaint in regards to all staff. I have been backwards and forwards many times over the last few months. I have found the staff to be helpful, caring and friendly. My only complaint is that, they are probably fed up with seeing me so much!! They seriously have been very understanding to me.

It used to be very difficult to get an appointment and the receptionist was terribly rude, but they’ve changed something and it’s now easy to get through and my appointment was booked quickly and smoothly. The doctor was very quick and took my blood painlessly. Excellent experience

Queued for appointment, inevitable these days, but when I got through receptionist was polite and very helpful. Appointment with doctor was arranged. Doctor was very kind, took my concerns seriously (I was not fobbed off), and investigations are being set in place. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you.

You can never get an appointment even if you have a 3 month old baby you’re seriously concerned about. The doctor I had my 6 week check with didn’t want to answer any of my queries just wanted to tick the boxes and told me to book a different appointment, wasn’t aware of much baby information and had to google some of my questions. Never had a good experience here.
