Saw the physio who was very professional. Physically examined my back problem and gave me the relevant exercises which appear to be working.

Recently transferred from Slough practice, was very good, but now very poor customer service, and too far to travel 5 miles, reluctant to change though Iver. Only 1 mile to travel, pleasantly surprised, reception staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful, what a change, and saw a lady Doctor two weeks ago, again excellent, very professional, spent more than 16 minutes getting all the information she needed to identify my problem, and on Thursday another gentleman Doctor felt very polite and efficiently with a different slight problem, my experience had given me full confidence it was correct to chang to Iver Medical Centre

I was contacted by the phlebotomist to cancel my morning app as there was no form and will get back to me. She called later to inform me that a form is now completed and rebooked me for the same day. Her proactive actions saved me an unnecessary journey and ensured i have my blood test on the same day. At the appt, she was professional, friendly and prompt. Thank you.

I needed some paperwork verified by a doctor and Iver Health Centre turned it round in a few hours. This is not the first time they have been quick, but it did set a record. Very kind.

Had a problem and called into the surgery as I was nearby and spoke to the receptionist who arranged a appointment for about an hour later which led to my issue being resolved by a very helpful trainee and similarly helpful Doctor.

Really impressed with this practice. Had to visit a couple of times recently. Digital booking has helped. New members of staff a GP partner and a physiotherapist have both been brilliant! I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years. They are back on form. Really pleased to experience the better service and patient care. Receptionist has also been helpful and patient setting up my digital ID. Would very much recommend the practices. Thank you.
