    GP wouldn't sign as certificate provider for Lasting Power of Attorney for my father - after us being originally advised that they would. The forms were with them for almost two months with regular chasing before we were advised they wouldn't be signed.

    I had a small lump in my lumber area It was causing me concerns as it hurt when bending and sitting. I saw a GP at Hoxton, she was welcoming and asked me to explain my concerns. She examined me thoroughly whilst explaining what she was looking for. She didn't find that the lump was anything serious and reassured me I could carry on with any activities but did say she would get me to have an ultrasound on my lumber area just to be 100% sure. Lovely experience with this GP. I felt I was listened to and felt so relaxed.

    No one called at the allocated time, for an appointment I have had to wait weeks for. Very disappointed as it is to do with my medication, and need a review.

    I attended the practice with a symptom I was concerned about, the GP who looked after me was so professional and reassuring. Despite his clinic running late, I did not feel rushed or under pressure. I feel as though I was spoken to with respect and felt very included in our discussion. Thank you!!

    I had an operation on my left hand at Homerton Hospital. Since then l have been absent from work and university till today. Therefore, l need a sick leave note to give to my employer. It took me such a long time to get an appointment with my GP. I was expecting a telephone call from the GP this morning, but l have not heard anything. So l called the surgery, and l was told that the GP tried to call me, but l did not have any missed calls either. A new appointment has been offered to me in early November 2022.

    Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you had difficulty in getting your sick note. We have introduced a new way of requesting your sick note via completing E-Consultation. This will help patients and the surgery to process the sick note requests in a timely manner.     I thought I had a normal 10min appointment with a doctor for a problem I had had for two and a half weeks. I got to the surgery and was seen by a student doctor who said it would take about 30min and a doctor would see me after. They asked me questions about my lifestyle and the problem, did a quick examination (which as we were alone I wasn’t all happy about), told me what they thought the problem was, and then said they’d ask the doctor to come and do a quick examination and let me know what was wrong. Came back and said the doctor was in a meeting but should be with us in about 10-15min. After 15min they went to find out what was happening and came back to tell me that the doctor couldn’t come for another 5-10min at which point I said I couldn’t wait any more as I had other things to do as was going away the next day. Not sure how they felt, but I wasn’t happy. I hadn’t been told beforehand that it was going to be a student doctor that I would be seeing , and we would be alone. In case of any future appointments I would like to be told who I will be seeing and whether they are a qualified doctor. If you do replies to these, I would like one .

    I went to the doctor as soon as I noticed that I had symptoms of depression, after a long period of anxiety. From the first moment they have helped me and content. I have way to go but very grateful for the enormous help from him.

    Whenever we call the surgery we are always treated respectfully and the team are friendly and helpful. The doctors always remember who we are and take the time to listen and help with our ailments at all times. The last couple of years have been challenging for the NHS, but we have always been able to speak to a doctor when needed and for this we are really grateful. We know how busy they must have been and still are.

    the reception staff are wonderful and caring, they try their best to help the patients and there is always a smile on their face. It is not their fault when there is no appointments, they are just providing us with what is given to them. They dont make the rules and i dont like when certain patients have a go at them when truly they are just doing what they are asked.
