I had my vasectomy and was understandably nervous. He made me feel calm and reassured me that it was all go well. The procedure went smoothly with light hearted conversation throughout to make me feel at ease. Very grateful for doctors like the one I had!

Expert blood sample collection (not always so easy with me) and great holistic support from the nurse, who also checked how a recent biopsy scar was healing.

Came for a blood test today and the nurse was lovely. I was worried that they wouldn’t find a vein (due to weak veins and bruised arms from a previous blood test) but she was able to find it on the first go and was lovely and reassuring throughout. Had everything ready in preparation and appointment was on time.

The waiting time for the vaccine was very short and the nurses who gave me the vaccine were very friendly and helpful also they were very professional with the way they treated me. I was extremely impressed with the way I was treated by everyone in the surgery
