Every staff member and doctor I’ve spoken to has been so lovely, warm and understanding. During appointments, doctors have allowed me to feel more prepared and comfortable after answering all my questions. They make it clear that they genuinely care about your well-being. Thank you Roman Gate Surgery and all your hard working staff!

My visit was to see a Doctor I had not seen before. She was the most professional I have ever seen in my 75 years, taking time to fully explain my symptoms. She also printed, for me, documents to take home regarding my symptoms. This Doctor was exemplary in my opinion and highly recommended.

I called to make an appointment. I was 7th in line and waited just 10 mnutes to be connected to reception. The conversation was very specific, the service was friendly and the matter was resolved. I was never refused help, even when I called on a Friday for an urgent appointment. I recommend.

the practice is lovely but I believe as with all surgeries there's no appointments and there are long waits but the drs and nurses are great and are very helpful most of the admin staff are great and helpful its just a shame there is always one that doesn't enjoy there job and rolls there eyes if they are asked any questions or if they need to do something extra that does not help mental health issues

Recently been very unwell with Covid and called for some advice from a GP. Receptionist was very understanding very quick to help me and the call back was almost immediate from the lovely GP. Felt very reassured and looked after. Thank You

Over many years, my wife and I have always had great service and attention from this surgery. Despite what you read in the press we have always had a call back, on the same day we made the call about a problem. I have regular reminders about blood tests etc and they all happen within 10 days with results ready within days.

I was recently seen with a back pain issue. The kindness and attention shown by the Doctor was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s a pleasure especially during these really hard times. I cannot recommend this surgery enough.

I would just like to pass on my huge thanks to all of the staff at Charles Hicks Surgery, Huntingdon for their help and support over the past year and beyond. As a result of their quick diagnosis and treatment, I am very much on the mend and feeling 100 times better than this time a year a go. I know I could not have got to this position without their care and attention. They are always available when you need them and I feel extremely lucky that myself and my family have such a wonderful surgery with amazing staff. Thank you all for everything you do.

I joined this surgery last year and I have to say I’m so pleased I made this important change. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are incredibly polite and professional, always an appointment when needed and great care and attention - thank you all !

Having recently joined this practice and my previous practice and consultant records not being transferred, this practice took control and rectified everything with a minimum of fuss.
