Over the last few months, whilst looking after an elderly relative I have needed to contact the surgery multiple times . I have been enormously impressed by the team . The receptionists have always been friendly and helpful and skilled at helping me get advice from the right person in a timely way despite the huge pressure they are under . The doctors have gone out of their way to care for my relative and I am very grateful for that . They have been kind at all times . Thank you

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. I have been here since moving to Swindon 16 years ago, and quite frankly was not looking forward to it being taken over, when the previous doctors retired. I must say my concerns were alleviated. I have always been able to make appointment within a reasonable time and always been able to speak with someone if I considered something was urgent. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The doctors and clinical staff excellent. I have chronic conditions,which have multiple issues, and believe me if I was sitting listening to ‘me’ I don’t think I would be as understanding as I always find my GP is! I have worked on the other side as a Practice Nurse in a former life, and I do know the pressures that the doctors and staff are under, so I know from experience that a little tolerance and politeness from patients is appreciated too. Thank you Hermitage! Please don’t change!

I have been with this practice for many years. Since being diagnosed with cancer in January 2022 I have been treated with care and kindness by all staff, from the receptionist to the Dr’s. I have received excellent follow up care following my discharge from hospital. Nothing is too much trouble and I cannot thank them enough. I am so grateful that due to their diligence I was referred to my local hospital where following a biopsy my cancer was diagnosed. I would highly recommend this surgery.
