They keep booking me for appointments and they end up cancelling at the last minutes and same thing for my baby, they kept making come in for appointments and on getting there with my new baby ,they either send us back on cancel which was so stressful as a new mom that needs her sleep and rest.

I booked my daughter in for her measles vaccination. My husband came out of work, took my daughter out of nursery, to be told that she is too young to have it. I don't understand why this was then booked in the first place.

This appointment was for my 2nd Shingles jab. I went, she gave it me after asking if I was in good health and which arm I wanted it in. I left ........appointment went as expected. Not a problem 👌 Thank you

Very poor management for appointment booking. On the appoinment day they are cancelling the appoinment due to unforeseen reason. My daughter vaccination appoinment was cancelled 3 times on the morning of the appoinment day,

I got appointment for my daughter for her vaccination in December 2024 and from that date they have cancelled her appointment due to unforeseen reason for 4 times, Every time they are booking for one day, and receiving so many reminders and on the appoinment day they are cancelling the appoinment. One time or two time it is reasonable, they have cancelled 4 times for me. Which is very unreasonable.

I visited the nurse for my smear test. The procedure was quick and made as pleasant as it can be. The nurse friendly and put me at ease.

I got an appointment on same day eventhough it was a late call but bcoz of my lil one's sickness I don't want to take him to A&E n expose for any viruses present in the environment. It was a quick visit n great service by doctor. I have seen they take extra care everytime.

I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for someone to check on my asthma, and on the day of the appointment I received a message saying that my appointment was cancelled, but on the app myGP and the NHS one was showing that it is still on. I tried to call them for the past two hours if my appointment was still on or not, but they said that I should have received a message that the appointment was cancelled. I had to take time off from work unpaid to attend this appointment and what is frustrating if a nurse is not available or call in sick, to replace it with someone else because I cannot be dependent on their schedule and cancel me or the same day, when I booked this appointment 3 weeks in advance because this is very frustrating. Now I have to wait two more weeks for the appointment, and I don’t know if on the day on of the appointment they will cancel again. If this happens again I will go to the hospital and I will blame this GP surgery for it, because I have problems with breathing because of my asthma.

Nurses attitude was shocking, we’d gone for travel jabs, which had been booked in for weeks, to be told when we got there that one of the jabs was the in, not good enough!! She should have checked her list in the morning or day before to make sure she had all she needed, then let patients know, so then we wouldn’t have all had to take time out of work for nothing, her attitude was terrible, not professional at all .
