The Doctors at The Hedges medical practice are very good , clean space, staff very helpful and friendly.

I dont use the Dr's a great deal, but when I do, its a nightmare. I understand that probebly most are the same when trying to get an appointment, but this is unbelivable. Why is it so difficult to get basic heathcare after paying into the system for 40+years. 3 people in the Surgery this morning, but no Dr available to give me a prescription. I will not be using this Surgery again and will be moving later today.

Can never get a appointment reception staff are rude trying to phone doctors is a nightmare would not recommend surgery the whole service they offer is terrible I’ve sent 2 emails to practice manager with no reply
