   I came with my Mother in law for a vaccine on a Saturday morning. We realised that we didn't have all the information required and had to search it out amongst family members. The staff were under some pressure to see a lot of people but they were all unfailingly helpful, kind and patient with us. The lady who was the initial point of contact was especially helpful at explaining why they needed the information and the whole experience was a great example of people who really care about the patients-thank you all.
