    Ringing up in morning trying to book an appointment the choices are confusing ,not being able to book for a future appointment if all booking taken gor that day is disheartening you have to ring each day till you get a free appointment. Once you go see a gp ( usually a nurse not a gp) it’s ok,sometimes you have a long wait even if practice is empty.receptionists are helpful and pleasant.

    It was really gratifying so see a GP who actually remembered seeing me on a previous occasion.. And I actually only had to wait just over 25min my allocated time, an the GP made a point of apologising..

    My grandson has been told by the walk in centre and a pharmacist that he needs to see a doctor yet they still will not see him. He needs antibiotics for his foot apparently and the pharmacist and walk in can not prescribe them. This is after weeks of ringing and trying to get an appointment.
