My husband and I attended Hadleigh Lodge for our flu jabs this morning. As usual the practice performed a well organised professional service.

I went to the flu clinic this morning and it was exceptionally well run. I was in and out within 5 minutes. No waiting and lots of people giving directions. Well done!

All the staff at Hadleigh House and Lodge have been outstanding. The reception staff have always lovely and welcoming. The continuity of care and responsive has been outstanding and really appreciated.

Always found the flu clinic to be well organised. System works well and everything appeared to run smoothly with minimum fuss from arrival to departure with marshals at entry and exit points.

This practice has been patient , kind and respectful each and every contact I have shared with them, always keen to reassure and promptly resolve or refer me appropropriately. Importantly they have time to listen .

I feel so fortunate to be a patient at The Hadleigh Practice. I’m always hearing friends and family saying how difficult it is to speak to anyone or see anyone at their practice, and how they are often brushed off by staff / doctors. By contrast, at The Hadleigh Practice you can get through to the helpful receptionists, get appointments within a reasonable time frame and the doctors and nurses are all thorough and caring. I’ve spent a lot of time there due to having heart problems, open heart surgery and now have regular INR blood tests, and I always receive excellent care from the doctors and nurses. Whilst in the waiting room I overhear the receptionists trying their very best to help everyone who calls in. Thank you very much to all the staff at The Hadleigh Practice. My whole family appreciate you and your commitment.

Attended the early morning session for flu vaccine on Saturday November 5th was seen on time and everyone helpful and cheerful which makes for a pleasant experience.

I attended a local school where a mass flu jab had been arranged by the surgery. The whole experience was excellent, very organised, we flowed through seamlessly and from the children who directed us to the staff who injected us, all were very happy, friendly and welcoming. 10 out of 20!
