At my visit to the Hadleigh Lodge Practice today for my flu jab I found it very well organised and so the process was quick. The staff were all friendly.

i was in and out within 5 minutes of pulling up in the car park, very well organised and run. the staff where very helpful.

I was contacted to book my annual flu jab and given a number of dates and times to choose from. I arrived at the Surgery 10 minutes before it was due to open to be met by a short queue of like minded people who were waiting for their jabs. Once the surgery was opened I was in and out within 10 minutes. The guides were helpful and friendly and the team who took my details and gave me the jab were professional and kind. I was directed to leave the surgery by another door so as not to hold up the people waiting their turn. Very well organised.

Quite a lot of people arrived for their flu jabs but they were dealt with quickly and professionally. Everyone was extremely helpful and the volunteers made sure that everything ran smoothly and there were no hold ups.

A well organised flu clinic, I think I spent around 1 minute in the practice, ran like clockwork. Friendly staff, extremely efficient.

I went for my flu jab today and although there was a huge queue as I walked up to the surgery there was not much of a wait as it was very well organised with many practitioners in different rooms carrying out the injections.

Attended for an influenza injection at a pre-arranged clinic. The procedure was carried out with great efficiency in an orderly queue which was fast moving. The nursing staff were extremely efficient and informative.
