The Gubbins Lane surgery went the extra mile for me when I found two lumps. They were extremely kind, understanding and caring. Thank you very very much.

Having contacted the surgery on three separate occasions over the last few months I have been able to get straight through. On the first occasion I received a phonecall from the surgery the next day, on the second occasion I was given an appointment the next day and on the third occasion an extremely helpful member of the admin team was able to help. Very reassuring.

I'm a typical man so contacts with my Doctor are few and far between. Was such a good experience I had to write this I rang to renew my prescription. Extremely helpful staff arranged this and also forwarded the Patient Access APP details. I can now register on the App and save time and effort for both parties. In addition I was able to quickly arrange a GP appointment, admittedly for a few weeks time, with ease. Staff were really friendly and I'd definitely recommend this practice Steve

I contacted the surgery with a pain in my right side and was given an appointment for the same morning. The Doctor diagnosed, typed a letter and contacted the hospital the surgical registrar. I had an operation to remove my appendix the next day. Cannot thank them enough.

l have currently been waiting on the phone for 1 hour and 50 minutes to discuss my medication. It is now 45 minutes past their phone opening time and l doubt l will be answered so will not have access to the medication that l need to stop me from becoming seriously sick over the weekend. l started my call at number 2 in the call and have been number one for an hour. This is completely unacceptable and l will be putting in a complaint one the NHS website.
