This is the best GP surgery I have been to - it's straightforward to get an appointment and they work hard to keep waiting times to a minimum. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, and the doctors I have seen there have been brilliant and reassuring.

During a rapidly emerging appendicitis situation, the whole staff of the Grantham Centre were constantly concerned for my wellbeing and at all times were expert, professional and courteous. Brilliant!

Well I cannot complain. You get appointment quickly. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. The Doctors are the type of Doctors we need more of. Patients always come first here. And they always keep you informed of anything medical. They always have time for you. They also make sure you understand everything medical about you and sometimes they even help with social situations. They are there for you and yours

I cannot begin to express how utterly incredible this GP practice is. Loving, caring, warm, efficient, and 100% dedicated to the well being of its patients. I have heard such horror stories from friends up and down the country about their experiences with their GP. I am always only number 1 in the queue when I phone, and I can't sing the praises enough of the fabulous ladies at reception who are there to greet me on my arrival at the surgery. They are simply amazing. I am not a number, I am a person. As I turn 70 I am fully confident that this wonderful team of doctors and admins will take the very best care of me, and for this reason I consider myself truly blessed and am deeply grateful.

I find overall the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, also I have multiple medical issues and Doctors, nurses and staff have equipment me and my family with on going support and nutrition, medical information to better maintain my medical conditions, Also have a strong impact regarding my care and wellbeing in recovery. My experience of the Grantham Practice from the warm and professional welcome from reception when I first call to make an appointment, to the sensitive and detailed assessment of my condition and the consistent and thorough follow-up, has been exceptional. I have been a patient of the practice for more than 10 years and without fail, I have received timely responses and appointments and the most humbling, dedicated care. Each doctor in the surgery, the nurses who support them and the Office Team, has treated me with the utmost courtesy. Staff at the Practice never failing to reassure me - explaining diagnosis and treatment options clearly and above all listened to me in an objective, sympathetic and patient manner. I would especially like to thank my usual doctor, whose gentle, reassuring manner and expert advice have been consistent over many years. I cannot put into words, how very much your support has meant to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Most recently, I was seen by a new doctor - and this prompted my long overdue review. For he too, showed me the same kind professionalism on a day when I needed it most! Indeed he went out of his way to quickly arrange further specialist appointments to ensure that I receive appropriate support and care. Thank you doctor, your empathy and understanding truly lifted my spirits. I think the team who manage the Practice should be commended for hiring staff who are the epitome of everything good the NHS stands for. I know that many people in the aftermath of the pandemic, have found fault with the NHS. My experience has been completely to the contrary. I am consistently amazed by the incredible care I have received – especially in the last few years, from everyone at the Grantham Practice. I am sorry it has taken me so long to realize I could leave a formal review but hope you all know how very, very much I appreciate everything you and value the care you give. Review titled I needed antibiotics

I had a cough that got a lot worse as days went by; I explained to Dr. I need to travel for work and need antibiotics for the chest infection. For some weird reason, I went to the pharmacy and he had failed to submit a prescription; I am coughing my lungs out but need to get on with my life, very primitive, peniciline is there to help people get better, use it.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for you feedback. This certainly sounds like an unusual siuation. As you will be aware, Penicillin is an antibiotic and it is important that it is used appropiately. We would often need to examine someone before authorising a prescription for this. Your description isnt clear whether you did have an examination , and if you did, I apologise for your difficulty getting your pescription afterwards - this sounds like an IT issue. Please contact the surgery and we can sort that out for you. If you havent been fully assessed yet and need an examination of your chest please book an appointment for this. best wishes Dr Eshan

I was well received and informed about my procedure .. I was spoken to and made sure that I was comfortable and put at ease .. The procedure was professionally dealt with and went very well.

I came in to have a cyst removed under local anaesthetic and was understandably quite anxious . The doctor was very assuring and talked me about though the whole procedure , the nurse was kind and gentle and the bubbly student was so empathetic and kept my mind d of the procedure throughout . Made the whole thing a breeze . Stitches were removed today at my own GP’s , has healed beautifully . Massive thanks Miss s serbis
