I was seen by a Doctor who didn't know me before the appointment. He arranged blood tests, an ECG and a blood pressure monitor to be used at home. Later a second Doctor has requested an Echo Cardiogram to be done.

Had a query re my treatment sent an email was answered within the hour by a member of staff fantastic service and really lovely GPS also been with his practice 70 years and will never change

Previously on my visit for years we have had a board which brings when the doctor is ready for you. It tells you when the doctor is ready, which doctor you’ll be seeing and room number. This month I have attended 3 times and all 3 times the doctor has had to come out to call us and I feel this is not convenient for both the patient and doctor because it cuts into the time of our appointments. We are already limited to 10 minutes and now that the doctor is having to come to reception to call us and take us is taken from our appointment time. Also our names are not always easy to pronounce so would be better to have the appointments back on the board and make life easier for everyone

I was talked over and shouted at when I arrived to collect blood forms. It took 45mins waiting and then a barrage of sighs and sarcasm from the administration staff who came to assist the receptionist who apparently was training. I do suggest that manners are incorporated into this training. We were told that my 90year father had to come back later as the receptionist did not have time to print off forms as it was now dinner time. I do suggest an alternate practise or the local health authority to investigate the receptionist attitude and offer them training. Hope to see this implemented.

Was given wrong intolerance test so had another one done if I hadn’t asked what they had tested me for I would never known I was just told test came back negative,also requested an appointment with dermatology with a skin problem above my left eye delayed because dr allegedly lost the photos he took with his phone attended second appointment photos retaken time lapsed nothing done spoke to practice manager about the situation dr still hadn’t done anything to contact dermatologist eventually got a message saying they will be looking at my eye photos on the 17th February then they will call me so months have passed and still waiting???also long story regarding a yeast intolerance diagnosis???ring me on07703457955 if you can take two minutes out of your day to discuss it

Unfortunately this practice has gone down hill at the hands of the non medical staff. Namely the receptionists. A very comfortable experience. I was belittled by three receptionists. Two of whom have been there for years and it is common practise for them. The tone and manner in which they speak and conduct themselves is not ethical. I asked for a medication review and was told that I had one 6 months and would not be allowed. However, I desperately needed this as I was having side effects. They were adamant this was not possible. I advised one of them that I shall be putting in a review she merely pulled off her glasses, grinned and laughed, I don’t care. This behaviour left me in tears. They behave like they are doctors and nurses but dont have the medical knowledge. Unfortunately I was not the only one sat in the waiting room who had such a bad experience. The issues around non medical staff needs addressing please practice manager.

I was sent a message saying that I would be contacted today with results of blood pressure readings. Despite being in all day, no call has been received. We're I to not attend for an appointment I would be fined. This failure on your part has caused me distress wondering just how unwell I am.

The front of house/reception staff are incredibly rude and discourteous. There is obviously a lack of training here. The ladies spent the majority of time chatting to each other and drinking casually whilst allowing the queue to snake around. We had to wait in excess of 1 hour to speak to one of them who them tried to give out medical advise incorrectly. This is dangerous practice. Later I spoke to a pharmacist elsewhere who was appalled by this. There were also 4 other patients arguing with the staff who were extremely vile. The practice need to employ better reception staff or train these ladies on how to behave empathetically.
