    My husband and I were very happy with the nurses and doctor we saw recently. The nurse who conducted the five-year health review was helpful and the nurse who took the blood samples was very good at his work. There was very little discomfort in taking the blood sample and no bruising at all at the needle site. My husband and I were impressed by this. Also, the doctor that my husband saw displayed a very caring attitude, and gave clear helpful information. Thank you.

    I made an appointment last month for a smear test and wanted to speak to someone about it. When I spoke to the person about it. I was not even down for the test.

    The call handlers are very argumentative. Any request put in is met hostility. I recently enquired about a change in medication which needed a phone chat. However was abruptly told to email all enquiries. A simple 1 minute discussion ended up as an enormous email taking 30mins to explain. This is not acceptable as some patients may not have an email service. The call handler was very rude and abrasive. It seemed like any extra work was not acceptable. As a way forward the call handlers should be more respectful and listen to a patients concerns. They do not have medical qualifications and must sympathise with requests. This always seems to be the case with the staff on phone & mist be improved.

This is absolutely not what I would expect for our patients and I would be more than happy to investigate the matter formally.     My latest prescription told me I needed to arrange a "review", so I rang and an appointment was arranged to do both blood tests and blood pressure check in a few days time. The blood pressure check was on the self test machine in reception, which the receptionist directed me to as I hadn't realised it was there. The blood tests were completed quickly, efficiciently and completely painlessly by a very pleasant male nurse. This was all on a Thursday and on the following Monday afternoon (10th July) I recieved a number of automated texts telling me my results were available for me to view on either the nhs or airmid app. Unfortunately on the nhs app they are not showing as available and on airmid I appear not to have authority to view them. A shame really and the only blot on an otherwise seamless and efficient experience for me. I will now need to call the practice for my results.

    Been with grange group for years now and never had an issue. I've always been able to make an appointment for anything urgent and all staff, including reception staff have been kind and courteous. Really like the patchs system as well.

    Used patches to send a picture for a diagnosis, was easy to set up and use. Sent Sunday evening and by 10am Monday had a reply and a prescription to treat it. Rang to ask if the prescription was at the surgery or had been sent to my nominated pharmacy, was 13th in queue but within five minutes my call was answered.

    I received a text message reminder on Sunday 9 July for a telephone or face to face consultation next day. As I had no knowledge of this appointment I telephoned the surgery to be told that the appointment was only for the nurse to check my blood pressure results which I had recently handed in and I didn't need to attend or expect a phone call. The receptionist was polite and the pharmacist who called me a few days later was professional

    I requested a repeat prescription on 30/6/2023 and been to collect the medication from pharmacy on 3/7/2023. I found out that they have not yet received the prescription. I phone the practice and requested to send it through but he told me that it will be ready on Thursday. I explained him the situation that I have been suffering from pain during past week and had run out of medication and need it urgently. He asked me in a rude way to contact 111 if I need it urgently. I then rang 111 and gone through a lengthy procedure of investigation but in vain. I never had such type of experience before this rather all the receptionists were so helpful that sometimes they asked the pharmacy to deliver me the required medication and sent them the prescription later.

    Dear Fraz I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience recieiving medication.I understand the process must have been frustrating. This is not the type of experience I would expect for our patients and I will investigate the matter and look at how we can improve going forward. I will audit the prescription request and timescale for sending this through to the chemist and I will ask for call recordings to find out who you spoke to when you followed up.
