    Good quality of GPs at this practice. However the booking system doesn't work. For anyone that has a job and can't be on the phone in a queue for ages from 8am you are effectively denied care. I would have to take time off work just to stay on the phone to get an appointment which in my profession is not possible.

    It is almost impossible to get an appointment! You have to phone at 8.0 or 14.00. when you call at these precise times it comes back and says the queue is full call back tomorrow. I have been trying for several days now! When you call the reception outside of these hours they tell you all the appointments have gone and call back at the above times. These Doctors are failing their patients and ultimately putting peoples lives at risk! They should be shut down and they have the gall to advertise for new patients when they do not see the patients they have. This needs to be looked at!

    All appointments gone typically within 2mins of lines opening every day. Unqualified reception staff have power to assess whether a problem "sounds serious enough for an appointment" and most often deny access to services. Rude and unhelpful reception staff.

    I had a biopsy at the uhc Coventry. I needed to see a doctor to get pain relief and advice on post biopsy Every time I make a phone call I would get fully booked answer even though I call at 8am or 2pm .I have connected the gmc to complain about the lack of service from the practice.The gmc has replied and said the practice manager is the person who is incompetent and they only take on complaint's about doctors.i can not get through to discuss the issue with the practice manager so I will continue to raise this until it's resolved.if anyone knows how we can stand together to make higher authority to take action please post a review and hope we can improve the service
