My baby was unwell so I submitted an online consultation request and received a phone call not long after - giving me a face to face appointment on the same day! This is very rare these days ; as other GP surgeries usually take days to get back to you and even weeks to give you an appointment. The Doctor gave me and my baby time and checked him out thoroughly despite him crying alot and making it difficult for her. She was kind, attentive and professional. She really cares about her patients and this in turn makes us trust her with our health concerns.

When I called the practice the person I spoke with was extremely kind and caring. It felt that they had time for me. The GP also called me back the same day although she was fully booked, I felt very reassured and listened to at the end of my consultation.
