the system will not accept my report.When i had finished my report I pressed continue and it said that there should be no e mail addresses in it, which there wasn't but when i pressed the continue button it said there should be no e mail addresses in it.

My 86 year old father in law was experiencing respiratory problems. Impossible to get through on the phone so he drove to the surgery and managed to get a same day appointment. I had some concerns so rang up to ask if I could speak with the doctor who was going to see him later that day. Negative- I was 7 th in the phone queue and had to wait 27 minutes for it to be answered. Positive- the doctor did ring me back as requested and answered my questions. I accompanied my father in law to his appointment. I was very impressed as to how thorough the Gp was. She was so professional yet friendly at the same time. I am a practice nurse myself so am well aware of the stress and pressures surgeries are under. I would like to say how nice the young female doctor was ( sorry I didn’t get her name). We left feeling very reassured
