   Can’t get through in phone but actively discouraged from visiting practice to book appointment. Reception staff rude. Security doors a hindrance to communication. Have to use intercom that apparently everyone but reception staff can hear. Repeated administrative errors. Repeat prescriptions spill out of insecure external box and prescription requests unfulfilled. This place needs a shake up or to be closed down. Clearly didn’t go to charm school on the customer service and efficiency course!
