First class service from the doctors but if you ask the gate keepers on duty your met with very little support or empathy. Ask a question concerning a test result not back after chasing for 5 weeks- I was sadly showed very little support. I’ve put the phone down and had a cry.

My daughter not a patient, collapsed outside the surgery. The quick and caring response from the doctors, nurses, practice manager and reception staff was exceptional. They did a thorough evaluation of her whilst the paramedics were called. They made her as comfortable as possible on the pavement and spoke to her kindly and reassuringly. You could have not wished for better attention and care. Thank you so much for going out of your way and ensuring that my daughter got the best medical attention. I would recommend this practice for its care and quality service. Well done.

From electronic booking of vaccination through to a super fast visit, using all consumption rooms, could not have sone better. Thanks to all involved

The doctor at the Surgery was dismissive, rude in his approach. It felt he was in a rush to go through things and would not listen to history and did not bother to explore anything about the concerns. It was really sad to be treated in a way by the doctor at this Surgery. I would recommend the surgery to kindly make doctors emphatic and at least communicate in a better way than being rude to patient. If you ask me to rate the Surgery I would give Zero to the approach of the doctor. It was horrible from a professional.
