The walk in flu clinic was well organised and was very swift I was in and out about five minutes The doctor that I saw was very kind and knowledgeable. The staff were professional and friendly,Thank you Forest practice

Easy communications, always responsive. Flu clinic was very quick and efficient. Staff are always friendly and there is a good telephone system that tells you your place in the queue.

Fast and efficient service when I needed my flu jab was in and out in less than 5 minutes . Hopefully the practice will keep up the good work in the future. Also have a Covid booster jab which is coming up soon which was very easy to organize through the website.

I have been a patient at this practice since it first opened. My last visit was in September 2022. I received several texts inviting me to attend a walk in clinic to have my flu jab. It was well organised with staff to sign you in and direct you where to go. All staff were welcoming, polite and professional. There was a constant stream of patients but l only had to wait a couple of minutes. All very quick and painless.

Disappointed a that ı never got to see the lovely gentleman for my flu vaccination as he is always present for me at the office reception ı wish him all success I was in and out of there in a hurry and i was still able to see my GP ı am still very happy in the end even though the nhs is under its pressure
