I have been using the practice in the last 30 years, I have been seen by different doctors each doctor is different. I would say I have no problem since I have been using the practice, the service is been good. One thing I would say, when a patient complained about presitent ongoing issues especially knowing that the patient has an underlyingcondition, the doctor should not delay to referral the patient for further tests in hospital especially where all tests has been carried by the doctor such as blood test, feces test etc. As delay can have a devastating effect in some patients. Having said that, I believe the practice are doing a good job. There's always room for improvement so they can be great.

Getting a flu jab at the Forest practice was extremely easy. I was invited by text message. Turned up, waited about 2 minutes and was given my jab.

Went to the GP to get a jab, and received it not too long after entering. It was swift and quick, and I'd definitely recommend it again.

After recieving excessive text messages about the Flu jab and me having it It was just as fast as the texts ı kept recieving. Thank you Forest Practice ı have now opted out of recieving messages so ı will call the surgery more to book my appointments.

I arrived about 4.30 in the afternoon. I booked in at the reception and a lady was waiting to see the patients there for the flu jab. I was called in by the doctor almost immediately. The Dr asked if I wanted the left arm or right arm and I said the right arm please because I am left handed. The injection was done quickly. I started to leave the practice but felt a little wobbly so walked back and there was plenty of space in the waiting area so I sat down for a few minutes until I felt ok to leave. I was pleased I didn’t need to wait and found the whole process of receiving my flu injection very easy. The lady who had been seeing patients in gave me a leaflet about the NHS app and also a leaflet about social prescribing that looks very useful.

Even when you are feeling low, this practices staff lift you up. You get the help you need quickly and professionally. You leave feeling better before you have even collected your prescription. Doctors are great, reception staff are fantastic and the nurses are amazing. Nothing is to much trouble.

Strolled in registered at reception then straight into room. Rolled up my bvfwsleeve and Flu jab administered I was an out again in a couple of minutes. Easy!
