This is the best practice I have experienced. I have lived in London and Hove in East Sussex and have had several GPs over the years. I’m 53. This is by far the best surgery. Accessible, personal, all staff in GPs are consistently good and attentive.

On two separate occasions, when requesting an appointment with a GP in order to discuss test results and treatment the receptionist booked an appointment with a Physician's Associate instead without consulting the patient first. Whilst there may be occasions when a Physician's Associate can see a patient, this needs to be discussed with the patient instead of unilaterally taking decisions on our behalf.

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your recent experience at our Practice. I totally appreciate and understand the comments you have made. Our Practice team comprises a number of roles and whilst our Physician Associate team have the capability to request, review and follow up on test results (under the Supervision of a GP), we must be transparent in advising Patients who their appointment has been booked with and the actual role of the Clinician. I will ensure this is reinforced with our Administration teams and I apologise for any inconvenience and dissatisfaction this has caused. I have recieved nothing but kindness and willingness at this surgery. I have been registered here since it was dr driver and partner and ı am so impressed with the care coordination and its direction it shows to myself and other patients. Keep up the good work for many that need to hear this. Well done to the collegue of yours always helping he is always smart dressed and supportive to me and my family at anytime he is around.

I called up at 8am and spoke to a gentleman I have never spoken to someone with such beautiful sense of humor When ı asked can ı book an appointment ı was greeted with a of course madame following to this ı called later on in the day and was still able to get another appointment for my child who really needed it. Thank you soo much to his professionism he was just as kind in person as he was on the phone the care recieved at this doctors ı cannot fault

Extremely best service at this gp surgery today By far the experience is something ı've never had. Thank you so much for your male staffing his organisational skills is so crucial in an environment like this and he is so polite to go with it. I was able to witness him ask another patient how they are as they were in a wheelchair which was so very kind

I rang as required at 8 a.m. my call was answered within 5- 7 minutes. I was asked a few pertinent questions and offered a telephone appointment that day. I was told the doctor may offer me a face to face if they felt it necessary. The GP rang a time frame which ı was then offered a face to face appointment. I was given an examination and treated accordingly. At all times surgery staff were polite and competent and I was dealt with in timely manner as the male ı was talking to on the phone ı saw him in person so ı then thanked him for his attitude to patient care at this time of need as ı was feeling very poorly so the Dr then helped me further

Was spoken to by such a kind gentleman and lovely duty manager. They are by far are so very well spoken and helpful as what the surgery needs ! They were able to go out there way so above and beyond. ı cannot fault this surgery at all as me and my child have always had the support behind us and when attending the appointments with nurse and gps too. Thank you soo much

Given a weeks notice of flu jab day and constantly reminded day by day till the day. I was glad to see that on the day an 9 and a half hour service was going to occur. In comparison to last year us patients were not told to sit down and wait to be called but rather queue and I was very fortunate that I missed a queue that I saw form after me. The usher seemed intent to us queuing should constantly move forward. I was in jabbed and out in under 10 mins at the most. So the day was run efficiently and effectively.
