Overall I have always had a good experience at this practice from the GP's to the admin staff but the nurses seem to shine very bright. There is one incredible nurse that shines even brighter but unfortunately I cannot name her.

Very happy with this practice. Caring Doctors and staff. Always very helpful. Been a patient with this surgery for over 50 years. Very prompt with repeat prescriptions.

My experience there has been amazingly careering and professional throughout my treatment. I would give them all 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They are a great team 🙏

I have been with this practice for over 25 years, and not had no real problems until this last year. It is difficult to book an appointment, you have to phone in at 8.30, nearly impossible to get through and if you do, appointments have gone, then you can't book an appointment you have to call back the next day and go through the same. I am at present on the phone now and have been no 1 in the call cue for 45 minutes how can this be? This policy needs to change.

Since joining this practice I have been very Impressed with the dedication of the Doctors who have been very kind,thoughtful and helpful.The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and in particular I have to relay my experience with the nurse who has done my blood tests. I should say not only am I phobic about these tests my architecture is such that extraction is not straightforward. This nurse is without doubt the best I have ever come across, she has a calming presence and is technically efficient. I will of course never enjoy the experience, but this young lady has made it tolerable for me and I am in her debt. No longer do I fear the visit, she has helped me to cope with it. I have noted mentioning names is not encouraged so I will just say her name starts with G. (and rhymes with Pill)
