Visited on 6th March I had a tooth extracted. All the staff were fantastic. Very friendly and efficient receptionists. Excellent dentist and dental nurse, both very caring,, understanding and professional. Totally painless. Very good service from all. Thank you

Had to drop off a compact disc of a facial x ray at the dental practice of the Flying Scotsman. Made the mistake of getting there at 1.10pm, apparently this is lunch time, I was let in by a patient leaving and eventually a receptionist came out. She said, "how did you get in, we are closed for lunch." I explained I just wanted to drop off the disc for the dentist. She took the disc and threw it over the counter! I said, " I trust the dentist will get that." She just walked out. Absolutely rude. I went there on Saturday for a tooth extraction and the staff then were great.
