Me and my family have been with this practice for nearly 7years and this is a phenomenal practice. My daughter has multiple medical conditions which requires us to be in frequent communication/appointments with all of the staff at the practice. I am always completely blown away with their compassion, support, empathy and brilliant practice. Whenever i send in a request via askmygp, there is always a prompt response and my childs medical needs are seen to relatively quickly. Whenever i send in for a repeat prescription this is always done very quickly too. Most importantly, every GP my child see's or has contact with, take the time to really empathise with her which makes her feel at complete ease with them all. We have been through some time tough times with her medical conditions and we have always felt incredibly supported by all of the GP's and staff we come in contact with, they all take the time to really listen with the whole of their senses, take the time out to see how she is, get updates and goes above and beyond to really help her, making us all feel really supported. I have been with other practices before, but none of them has amazed me like this surgery does. Even if my child has a doctor that she has never had before, it does not seem to matter, as they all have the same empathetic approach. This surgery truely feels like a family who work together to support their patients with compassion and empathy. This surgery has had such a profound inspiring affect on my daughter, that they have inspired her to be a GP when she is older.

After registration, no follow-up,no reply, and no feedback, hard to do communication. No online appointment service provide, poor experience. Ask for updated records to NHS, nothing could be found on NHS after 4 months of registered
