Great practice, I always recommend to friends. However I rang today to make a non urgent follow up appointment and I was told I would have to ring the next day at 8am. So The Family Surgery is following all the other practices in the area with the 8am scramble for an appointment. Thought it was better than that.

This is not my surgery but went there for a minor procedure, staff very helpful and friendly. They fully explained what was going to happen during the procedure. Procedure was done at the timed booked and very efficiently

I went in for a simple procedure and was quite nervous about getting the local anaesthetic. The staff on hand were very helpful and provided ways to help me prepare. The actual procedure was smooth sailing and very professional.

Great experience from start to finish. Pre-op was detailed, helpful & reassuring. Op day was fully explained, swift and relatively comfortable. The Surgeons/Nurses were great with me. Really appreciate everything. Thank you.
