Although it often takes in excess of 25 mins to get through on the phone (which isn’t ideal), the reception staff are polite, friendly, helpful and approachable. I’ve noticed a real difference in the last couple of years with new staff coming in. Please thank them for their work.

Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. I have passed on your thanks to the team for all their hard work. I am sorry you have had long waits trying to get through on the telephone. At certain times of the day (first couple of hours in the day) and also during influenza and Covid vaccination programmes. We are working very hard to improve our response times to telephone calls. Since joining the surgery over 2 years ago, I have had impeccable care. The staff are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they are caring, efficient and diligent. They will literally go out of their way to help when you are in a vulnerable state. I can’t thank them enough for the ongoing service and care they all continuously deliver

I'm so happy to have a GP surgery like the family surgery. All the staff are wonderful, caring and goes the extra mile to help and support us. I go there with my 2 autistic children and we are accepted and treated so well. My children feel very happy and special with the attention of care they get from staff and doctors. I'm grateful to you all. On behalf of my whole family who comes to the surgery we say, THANK YOU. Continue to do the good works. God bless you.

Our family have been under this surgery for many years but since being taken over it’s just brilliant! The kindness and professional support from all the staff is 1st class! Always go above & beyond to help. Thank you so much.
