The Family Practice, Western College, Cotham has been wonderfully supportive to my son and our entire family during a period of deep trauma and unexpected critical illness. Our GP has gone above and beyond with his level of support for my son and for our family. The whole team’s kindness and humanity has shone through when it was needed the most.

I have been lucky that l have not had to see a doctor for some years now. Other experiences, such as telephone contacts, have been good. Also confirmation texts sent to are useful.

Wound on my leg which did not go well with own treatment! The nurses and the amazing dressings are faultless in their care and professionalism

My follow up appointments were prompt and caring with excellent Doctor communication . I was phoned at 8.0 in the evening to discuss results with a fuller text at 8.0 the following morning.

I have been receiving ongoing care from a Practice Nurse for an infected leg wound. I have been treated with kindness and efficiency on each occasion. My last appointment was added to the end of the Nurse’s surgery in order to provide continuity of care. This was much appreciated, especially on a Friday afternoon!!

The system for checking in is brilliant, staff All polite and run on time or let you know When you checking if there is a delay. While you’re waiting you can take your own blood pressure and weight should you choose. In my experience, all the staff in the Practice are helpful, and receptionists on the phone listen very well. I feel privileged to be a patient at this practice
