    I tried to call the practise so many times obe time for my child they told me call from 830 am till 9 am I tried calling from 830 till 9 am no one answered and after 9 someone say today appointments are booked up its horrible as I tried again for myself next Monday I tried to call around 20 times but no one answered keeping phone busy and after 9 am same replied that today appointments r booked so could u explain me how to book appointments or u don't bother . My experience with this gp is worst .

    Very distressing. They are very uncaring, and very reluctant to see patients face to face. I made an appointment as I have chronic pain and my blood pressure was extremely high, I was told can only do one at a time, so chose my blood pressure as been told possible consequences if not treated. Having made an appointment within ten minutes I phoned to say the doctor wouldn’t see me to monitor my blood pressure at home, which I cannot do, I have done this before earlier this year took the results in and nothing came of it, so don’t want to go along this path. I asked if I could keep appointment to treat my pain and told no it can’t be done. I said I need to see doctor, told I’ll be phoned back. Won’t hold my breath as they’ve said this before and never phoned me back
