I went for a regular blood test and was very nervous. The staff where so kind and accommodating and calmed my nerves very well. Have also been for other appointments. 10/10 every time.

Thank you for your feedback. Our staff do their best to "read the room" as such and if you feel nervous will try strategies to alleviate the pressure. We are pleased you felt calmed and were able to proceed with the proceedure.

Since my GP retired I have not been registered to a persific GP. Very unsettled by this. Would prefer continuity.

Thank you for your message/feedback. As you know, we have 2 allocated Locums covering the GP's registered list while we recruit. Unfortunately this has not been as quick as we would have liked however we are hoping to share some good news over the next month and will write to confirm details as soon as we have them.

I have to have biannual injections for my bone density. The Practice Nurse I saw recently gave me the best ever injection into my stomach. Regrettably I have had quite a few so I am able to compare. Thank you for your care and professionalism.

Following total hip replacement, the Nurse was very thorough when changing my dressing after 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I rang for an urgent appointment which was booked the same day. The same Nurse removed the stitch I found, again very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this Practice. Easy check-in. Polite reception staff. Polite phone staff. Easy online forms and quick response. Efficient when ordering prescriptions online.

Found mole at 9am, by 11.20 I had been seen by a Dr, my fears allayed and all is well. Happy patient speedy and efficient practice…Hoorah!

My yearly (diabetic) review today was extremely friendly and thorough. I had taken a list of several issues and questions about my condition and it’s management and all were dealt with in detail with helpful advice and information. I was also given the usual health “MOT” and was offered help in improving the “app” I use to monitor my blood glucose. All in all a very pleasant and useful experience which did not in any way feel rushed .

We hear of poor service..long waiting times for appointments etc in many other area but The Elms practice is truly exceptional. The reception staff are always friendly, polite and helpful and go out of their way to achieve what is asked of them. The GPs also go above and beyond for their patients in terms of fitting them in for a quick appt. even when busy. They are friendly and get to know their patients...our Gp rang me regularly when my husband was in hospital a few yrs ago to ask how he was and also how I was coping. Just recently we had a very quick response and referral with a hospital appt all within days. My husband and I feel we are very lucky to have such a good team at the practice. We'll done ..you are all very appreciated.
